Hi gang,
Today’s workout was light. My upper body is sore and tired from yesterdays blasting.
Warmup:
8 minutes on the stepper machine (weights, are you kidding?)Workout:
Various leg and upper body stretches
My body is very tired from yesterdays fun: It’s an effort to type. If I’m smart, I’ll do myself a favor and get to bed early tonight: I really need the rest.
I need to think about tomorrow’s workout, because right now, I can’t see myself doing any exercises that will involve the upper body, period.
