Hi everybody!
My name is Jeff Green. I’m in my late 30′s, live in the Halifax area of Nova Scotia, Canada and work at a desk job, which means I usually sit on my a** all day.
I’ve been going to the gym since October 2007. I usually workout for 30-40 minutes during my lunch hour, 5 days a week.
I try to keep my workouts on the high-intensity side because I don’t have a lot of time to rest between sets. The one thing I like to do consistently when I get to the gym is a proper warm-up, currently (2009/01) consisting of 7 minutes on the elliptical machine with 4 lb. weights per hand.
I’ve been pleased with my results to date. I recently set a goal of trying to cut the last 10 lbs from around my middle.
I started this blog to track my progress, provide motivation and track health and fitness related resources from around the web.
