Hi everybody! What a great workout today! Warmup: 7 minutes on the elliptical machine (no weights today). Workout: bent-over barbell rows pushups dumbbell retractions and protractions (from the fantastic shoulder rehab protocol) bench press face pulls pec-deck Cardio: 4 minutes of the Burpee (with 10 lb. dumbbells, using the Tabata method).
